Psychics Explained
A "Sensitive" or "Intuitive"are just other words for Psychic.
Many individuals are trying to steer away from the actual term "Psychic" since there has been an increasing amount of negativity associated with fake and/or fraudulent psychics or psychic hotlines that do readings from premade cards behind the scenes.
So, What Is A Psychic Intuitive Medium/Seer?
Let's start with explaining a psychic.
Most people are discouraged by the term "psychic", but really it just means "psyche"; meaning, "the mind". Simply...
A psychic just means that it is stereotypically recognized as someone that has over-developed instincts or intuition.
We all have that to a point - You know that little voice in your head that tells you to take a right in your car, instead of a left, thereby helping you to avoid a tragic collision (some people call this a guardian angel); or the sense that maybe you should lock your door at a gas station because you just feel a sense of danger or even possibly, when you approach someone and you just get a gut feeling that there is something very bad about this person. For instance, maybe he was eventually identified as a serial killer, such as Ted Bundy.
People just sometimes get gut feelings and I know that you know exactly, what Im talking about because everyone has this.
So I guess that kinda makes everyone psychic, right??? Well....Yup, kinda!!! I Bet you never thought of yourself as a psychic before this, now did you?
I find many people freak out over things they don't know about. It's all about lack of education on the subject.
Psychic just means mind and soul together. It simply means that your spirit, mind and soul are all working together to guard you from harm. And since everyone has a spirit, mind, and soul, I'll just let you put the pieces together.......
It's a known fact that some people just have this ability more enhanced than others., "Over-developed intuition", which is the reason why sometimes these people are called "Intuitives".
Many people often choose to not acknowledge the spirit portion of themselves that resides within their physical body. When you become one with your spirit, soul mind and God, you see things more clearly in the spiritual sense.
If you do not believe that, then why have faith, and what is your faith really about when you actually cross over to the other side?
Is it that your physical body just disintegrates and there is nothing left to you?
NO, we live on. - Our consciousness lives on,- our soul lives on,- our spirit lives on.
THIS is the basis of mostly everyone's faith regardless of who you believe in - whether it's Buddha, the Holy Spirit, Allah, God, Jesus, Mohammed, etc....
Therefore, what it comes down to is that we are truly spiritual beings having an earthly experience.
There are at least eight "Clair" abilities that have been determined to be God given gifts. Some people call them Charisms of the Holy Spirit, others just call them the Clairs. Clair just means: Clear - Clairvoyance means: clear seeing... However, there are several other clear senses as well. All or any of these abilities can be utilized by a medium.
Some mediums may also have Premonitions and Precognition.
However, there are many "REAL" psychic mediums that "DO NOT READ" from cards or work psychic hotlines and have a very strict "Code of Ethics". I myself have never done that, as I have a very strict code of ethics. I've been given the discernment and necessary gifts to tell you what I am receiving for information without any baloney added.
I'd also like to mention, that when some people hear the word "psychic", they might have another "stereotypical" mindset of a psychic being a traveling gypsy, having involvement with the occult or a fraud. That is also, "absolutely not true"; as there are many "true" psychic people that are legitimately honest, forthcoming and not involved in occult or pagan activity.
I personally refrain from using anything that will open a portal, such as Ouija Board. There are many dangers associated with type of activity and I can tell you some stories regarding this type of activity from clients. I believe it is better to be spiritually safe and I very strongly promote this with my team as well. We do not engage in this type of activity. I often find myself having to go to client hauntings and close portals that others have opened thru occult practices and then resolving the repercussions of their actions. Fortunately, I have much experience dealing with this type of activity and this is why our paranormal team does what they do.
There are some very reputable psychics and mediums out there and you can usually find them on sites, such as the American Association of Psychics. Do some research and check out their code of ethics and how the psychics operate. Don't fall into any psychic's trap of "Someone put a curse on you".
Whether they use tarot cards for readings or engage in other activities, that's not for me to judge, however; I do not personally use them, as I have already stated that I am not in the business to change an individual's "freewill" and I personally believe there is a fine line when doing this kind of work.
But that just happens to be my own personal values. I feel that if you truly have God given gifts, you would really have no need for the use of them. God should be there helping to guide your every thought. I also wonder which spirits are actually influencing the showing of the cards, (behind the scenes)..... But that's just my personal belief. This is how I roll. It may not necessarily be for what your looking for, however, they are my beliefs and I will hold true to them no matter what. This is what makes me who "I" am as a Medium.
